Max’s Restaurant, known as “the house that fried chicken built,” started in 1945 in Quezon City, Philippines. It was founded by Stanford-educated teacher Maximo Gimenez, who opened a café to serve American occupation troops stationed in the area.
The café’s special recipe for fried chicken became an instant hit, and soon the Filipino public was also flocking to the restaurant. Over the years, Max’s has expanded to multiple locations across the Philippines and even in the United States and Canada.
The restaurant is now a household name and a proud Filipino tradition. In 1998, the company began offering franchise opportunities to join the thriving food service industry in the Philippines.

To ensure timely delivery of your special order, please make sure to place your order at least 1 hour in advance for Deliver Now and Pickup, at least 2 hours in advance for Deliver Later, and at least 24 hours in advance for Dine-in.
All transactions will be settled in PHP and have a minimum purchase of PHP 350. Changes and cancellations must be made within 5 minutes for Deliver Now, 1 hour for Takeout and Deliver Later, and Dine-in.
Additional costs may apply for revisions and certain areas may not be serviceable. Orders can be processed during store business hours with earliest time of 9:00am and latest time of 8:30pm.
