Burger King, an American fast food chain known for its hamburgers, has its headquarters in Florida. Founded in 1953 under the name Insta-Burger King in Jacksonville, the company faced financial struggles. Burger King Delivery Order
Customers can place online orders through the BURGER KING delivery website at https://www.burgerkingdelivery.com.ph/ using their smartphone. Alternately, orders can also be placed through third-party delivery services such as Grabfood or Foodpanda.
When ordering through the delivery App, customers agree to the following conditions:
- There is no minimum food purchase required for a delivery transaction.
- A 45-minute delivery guarantee is in place for orders under PHP 3,000.00, unless there are more than 20 orders of the same product combination. Delays due to heavy traffic, inclement weather, or technical difficulties in the stores are beyond the control of the company and will not be held against them. Delivery services may also not be available in extreme weather conditions and technical difficulties in the store.
- Orders above PHP 3,001.00 are considered bulk orders. Customers will receive a call to verify their identity and order details. Due to the volume of the order, the company does not guarantee delivery within the 45-minute period and will coordinate with the customer on delivery time.
- Excessive requests for items such as ketchup, condiments, utensils, etc. will be at the discretion of the store.
- Special requests outside of the BURGER KING product menu are strictly prohibited and will not be entertained, including requests for medicine, newspapers, cigarettes, and grocery items.

Can I change my order?
For deliveries, changes to your order or delivery time can be made within five minutes of receiving the Delivery Order Confirmation. Once confirmed, all orders are considered final.
To make changes prior to delivery, please call the store within the specified timeframe and provide the details of your order as listed in the Order Confirmation.
Changes that are confirmed by the store will reset the 45-minute delivery guarantee time and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
Be advised that changes to your order may result in a change of total amount and that you will be responsible for paying the new total amount upon delivery. If paying online via credit card, any additional price difference must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
If the total amount payable is less than the amount paid online, any excess amount will be refunded to you by your own bank, and we will not process the refund on your behalf. If you choose to pay by credit card upon delivery, the total amount will be charged and payable at that time.
Please note that changes to promotions may mean they are no longer available. We reserve the right to refuse any modification if the order has already been dispatched for delivery prior to receipt of your request.
Payment Methods at Burger King Online Delivery
When placing an order, payment can be made in cash upon delivery or through a cashless mode of payment on the app using a credit or debit card. However, please note that credit card payments on the app may not be available at all times. If paying with a credit card, the card must be valid on the date of delivery.
You may also pay using a saved credit card. Additionally, discounts for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, or national athletes and coaches may be applied during delivery, as long as the conditions are met. Note that these discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
