Lots’A Pizza is a pizza chain that originated in the Philippines, started by Mr. Eduardo Ngan Tian in 1986. It began as a small pizza parlor in San Beda College in Manila to fill up vacant stalls, but quickly became successful due to the increasing demand for pizza worldwide.
To expand and cater to the Filipino market, Mr. and Mrs. Ngan Tian created their own parbaked crust and signature sauce, which they developed through a pizza technology course at the American Institute of Baking in Kansas City.
Today, Lots’A Pizza has over 215 outlets all over the Philippines, from Vigan City in Northern Luzon to Coron in Southern Luzon.
